Fire, Air, Water, Earth – Natural Mindful Focus on Body and Breath

Here’s a really well done mindfulness video from Sam O’Sullivan of “Mindfulness in New Zealand – A conversation with kiwi men about bringing focus and a new kind of strength to our everyday lives” – http://mindfulnessnz.co.nz/.

Sam uses the Four Natural Elements: Fire, Air, Water, Earth as points of focus for us consider in the breath and body in this exercise that can be done anywhere – New Zealand or Florida!
