Change is constantly occurring. Some changes we make are conscious and thoughtful. Others occur as the result of our reactions to circumstances and situations and may eventually outlast their beneficial use.
Psychotherapy is about making changes that get you more of what you want: better relationships, a better attitude, more contentment. improved mood, relief from stress and anxiety, appreciation for life.
